Lotte Construction Launches Sales for 'Cheongnyangni Station Lotte Castle SKY-L65 Section Office'

[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Lotte Construction announced on the 29th that it will open a promotional center for the 'Cheongnyangni Station Lotte Castle SKY-L65 Section Office,' being built in the area of 620-47 Jeonnong-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, on the 30th and will begin full-scale sales. A section office refers to a large office space divided into various sizes.

This complex will be located on floors 9 to 17 of the 42-story Landmark Tower above ground, with a total of 264 units. In addition to offices, retail and cultural facilities, lodging facilities, and officetels will also be developed together.

The complex is situated in a station area within walking distance of Cheongnyangni Station on Seoul Subway Line 1. It is a hub where various railway lines intersect, including KTX, ITX, Bundang Line, Gyeongwon Line, Gyeongchun Line, and Gyeongui-Jungang Line.

The interior design will be planned as a section office, which has recently gained popularity. In addition to basic facilities provided in office complexes such as cafes, business lounges, and meeting rooms, green spaces will be created to provide a pleasant work environment along with rest areas. A sales official explained, "With a prime location that includes residential, work, and shopping facilities all in a super station area, we expect successful sales of the section offices following apartments and officetels."

Visits to the promotional center are possible only after making an online reservation through the website due to the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The promotional center is located on the 1st floor of Yeolsan Building, 302 Majang-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. Applications will be accepted on the official website for two days starting from the 2nd of next month.
