Yogiyo Expands Next-Generation Delivery Service 'Yogiyo Express' Across All Areas of Seoul

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Delivery Hero Korea (CEO Kang Shin-bong), which operates the delivery application (app) 'Yogiyo,' announced on the 29th that it will expand the service area of its AI technology-based next-generation delivery service 'Yogiyo Express' to cover the entire Seoul area.

The Yogiyo Express service area will be expanded from the existing Nowon, Dobong, Seocho, and Gangnam districts to the entire Seoul region, and will also cover some areas in Gyeonggi Province, including Seongnam City (Bundang-gu), Goyang City (Ilsandong-gu and Ilsanseo-gu), Incheon (Namdong, Michuhol, Bupyeong, Gyeyang), and Bucheon City. The service area will be gradually expanded nationwide thereafter.

Delivery Hero Korea officially launched Yogiyo Express in July in the Seocho and Gangnam districts, using Delivery Hero's global AI logistics solution 'Hurry' applied to the dispatch system, reducing the average order processing time to 20 minutes. In fact, a satisfaction survey conducted among customers who experienced Yogiyo Express recorded an average score of 4.8, receiving high service satisfaction and positive responses from consumers.

Through Yogiyo Express, restaurant partners can manage orders and deliveries integrally, enabling a one-stop service from order reception to delivery during peak order times. Riders can also complete more orders within the same time frame through the new AI dispatch method. Consumers will experience faster and more accurate delivery services through the improved system.

Kang Shin-bong, CEO of Delivery Hero Korea, said, "With the expansion of Yogiyo Express's service area, more Yogiyo customers can experience fast and accurate delivery services," adding, "We will continue to strive to provide a more differentiated delivery service experience and create services that satisfy restaurant partners, riders, and customers alike."
