[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] KOTRA announced on the 29th that it will hold the '2020 Second Half Online Korean Excellent Products Exhibition' until the end of next month across four continents: North America, Central and South America, the Middle East & Africa, and Europe.
This online excellent products exhibition, with 750 small and medium-sized enterprises participating, is led by KOTRA's overseas regional headquarters in the four continents. KOTRA has planned this online Korean products exhibition with various programs such as online exhibitions, video consultations, webinars, influencer marketing, and offline promotional events.
In the online exhibition hall composed of 21 product categories, 700 domestic small and medium-sized enterprises are promoting their products in a non-face-to-face manner. Domestic companies will also conduct 1,500 video consultations with prominent buyers discovered by KOTRA's overseas trade centers.
KOTRA will hold webinars to prepare for the post-COVID-19 era, providing regional field information such as entry strategies into Central and South America, entry strategies into the European medical market, and entry strategies into the North American consumer market. Additionally, in connection with Korea Sale Festa, KOTRA plans to accelerate its global consumer goods market strategy by promoting influencer marketing and online platform businesses locally overseas.
Kwon Pyung-oh, President of KOTRA, said, "We have been continuously expanding non-face-to-face overseas marketing support projects since the outbreak of COVID-19," adding, "Through this continent-based online Korean products exhibition, we will further broaden the export paths for our small and medium-sized enterprises."
