◆ SK Materials = Announced that its operating profit for the third quarter reached 62.4 billion KRW, an increase of 11.4% compared to the same period last year.

◆ Daehan Green Power = Announced that it will acquire 600,000 shares each of Jaewon Energy and YG Wind Power, wind power generation companies, for 3 billion KRW respectively. After the acquisition, Daehan Green Power's stake in Jaewon Energy will be 60.7%, and its stake in YG Wind Power will be 87.1%.

◆ Magic Micro = Announced that the Suwon District Court dismissed a creditor's bankruptcy petition due to lack of grounds.

◆ Hankook McNulty = Announced that it will issue 5 billion KRW worth of privately placed convertible bonds to raise funds for facility investment, operating capital, and debt repayment.
