Jopae Gong, Discovering and Supporting Ventures and Startups Leading the Post-Corona Era

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation announced on the 28th that it will join hands with the Research and Development Special Zone Promotion Foundation to discover and support venture and startup companies that will lead the post-COVID-19 era.

The two organizations will jointly carry out a crowdfunding support project under the slogan "Discovering Leading Actors for the Post-COVID-19 Era with Jo-Yeon."

The target ventures and startups for support are companies in fields related to the Minting Corporation's business such as anti-counterfeiting, security, and authentication, as well as companies in business areas related to overcoming and preventing COVID-19 and the post-COVID-19 era. The application deadline is the 5th of next month.

Selected companies will receive support such as holding briefing sessions for Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation employees, producing marketing content and promotion, and consulting on related technologies.

Jo Yongman, President of the Minting Corporation, said, "We expect that this collaboration will provide effective support to ventures and others," adding, "We will make further efforts for the activation of the startup ecosystem and the development of local communities."
