He pointed out, "He only expressed what he wanted to say in the National Assembly and did not provide the answers that the people and the opposition wanted to hear. He urged cooperation like a broken record, saying that the support of the National Assembly is essential to solve the pressing national issues, but to my ears, it sounded like an order to the ruling party to forcibly push through unconstitutional systems to extend the dictatorship regime."

Kim said, "Despite the accumulation of adverse factors in every corner of South Korea's politics, economy, and society, instead of reflecting, he continued with arrogance and self-righteousness as if declaring a war of self-praise," and criticized, "If he wants to appeal for cooperation with the opposition, there should at least be an expression of regret over the reckless actions of the Blue House and the ruling party wielding absolute power."
