Monster Union-Fantagio, Sign New Drama Production Agreement

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Drama production company Monster Union (CEO Jeong Haeryong) and comprehensive entertainment company Fantagio (co-CEOs Park Haeseon, Ji Hyoseop) announced on the 28th that they have signed a strategic business agreement.

On the afternoon of the 27th, Monster Union and Fantagio signed a business agreement at Fantagio's headquarters, promising active mutual cooperation between the two companies.

They plan to closely collaborate for high-quality content by jointly utilizing Fantagio artists such as Ong Seongwu and Cha Eunwoo and Monster Union's content production system to co-plan and produce new dramas and promote joint projects for developing new talent. Before the signing ceremony, representatives from both companies watched performances by Fantagio's rookie actor group and rookie girl group.

Fantagio is a domestic comprehensive entertainment company actively expanding its business areas such as actor management and music production, and is listed on KOSDAQ. It has experience nurturing the actor group Surprise as well as popular idol groups Astro and Weki Meki.

Additionally, Fantagio has been gaining public attention by casting rookie actors in various works. Moreover, it is expanding its business through collaboration with other companies such as software specialists and drama production companies.

Established in 2016 as a joint investment by KBS and KBS affiliates, Monster Union has established itself as a leading comprehensive drama studio in the market by producing diverse and high-quality content such as "Suits," "Joseon Rookie - Nokdujeon," "Flower of Evil," "Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol," and "Oh! Samkwang Villa!"

Monster Union, which is striving to secure content production capabilities that can compete in the global market, has emphasized diverse and creative partnerships and collaborations with external parties.
