[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] "The Asia Women Leaders Forum is a place where women leaders and next-generation leaders can meet and gain positive inspiration from each other."

Kim Young-hyu, CEO of Secret Woman, is one of the 'regular mentors.' She has been attending as a member since the 2nd session in 2013, making her a 'veteran' who has supported the forum every year. This year, Kim, who visited the event venue, emphasized, "It is the largest gathering of women," adding, "It is a meaningful event where you can build networks with mentors from various fields and provide practical advice to both mentors and juniors." She also said, "I hope many juniors who want to grow as women leaders participate," and "I am actively recommending it to those around me."

Founded in 2012, the Asia Women Leaders Forum was the first domestic media organization to introduce a mentoring system, serving as a bridge connecting women leader mentors active in various fields with next-generation leader mentees. Baek Hyun-wook, Director of the Biomedical Research Center in the Clinical Nutrition Department at Bundang Jesaeng Hospital, who has attended without fail since the 3rd session, said, "It is very meaningful that the event continues every year for women," and smiled brightly, adding, "If you look at the lineup of speakers, you can see that the program is always substantial, making it impossible not to attend." He further added, "It will be even more helpful to young people dreaming of becoming next-generation leaders by delivering forward-looking messages in line with the times."

Park Hyun-nam, Head of Deutsche Bank Seoul Branch, who has attended the forum every year since the 2nd session, said, "It is an opportunity to communicate with women leaders from various industries and meet excellent juniors," adding, "I gain fresh inspiration every year by listening to the vivid experiences and know-how of speakers from different fields." She also offered valuable advice for a sustainable forum. Park said, "Since valuable relationships are formed between mentors and mentees, continuity is important," and advised, "It is necessary to establish channels that allow continuous communication and build close relationships even after the event."
