In fact, this complex has been attracting attention early on as a rare new apartment in Samgye-dong, which is known for many aging complexes despite being a prime residential area.

Unlike metropolitan cities such as Busan, Samgye-dong in Gimhae is a non-regulated area, so anyone with a subscription savings account for more than six months can apply as first priority. The deposit amounts required are 2 million KRW for residents of Gimhae and Gyeongnam, 3 million KRW for Busan residents, and 2.5 million KRW for Ulsan residents to qualify for first priority. Those who have lived in Gimhae for more than one year are considered local applicants, while those with less than one year in Gimhae or residing in Busan or Ulsan apply as other area applicants. Multi-homeowners or those who have previously won can also apply. Anyone over 19 years old, regardless of household head status, is eligible. There are no resale restrictions, so resale is allowed immediately after the contract.
Following the subscription conditions, the contract terms are also favorable. The down payment (first installment) is a fixed amount of 5 million KRW to reduce the initial burden, and the entire intermediate payment (60% of the total sale price) is interest-free until move-in, eliminating worries about large sums of money. Additionally, those who sign contracts for the 60㎡ units through general subscription will receive a free system air conditioner as a special benefit.
