Siheung Wave Park Prugio City consists of a total of 275 units from basement level 1 to ground level 21, with exclusive areas ranging from 26 to 120㎡. Neighborhood living facilities will be located on the 1st and 2nd floors, auxiliary facilities on the 4th floor, and the residential lodging facilities will be from the 7th to the 21st floors.
Applications for Siheung Wave Park Prugio City can be made for up to 4 units with a subscription deposit of only 1 million KRW per unit. The expected move-in date is June 2023.
