Yeollyeora Chamkkae Ramyeon combines the distinctive features of the steady-seller products Yeol Ramyeon and Chamkkae Ramyeon, resulting in a spicier and nuttier flavor.
The soup of Yeollyeora Chamkkae Ramyeon offers a fiery and intense spiciness blended with the heat of Cheongyang chili peppers, while the dried vegetable soup, consisting of dried green onions and dried bok choy, enhances the rich taste. The noodles are made with an optimal ratio to achieve the soft and chewy texture most preferred by Koreans, with added starch to further improve the chewiness and elasticity of the noodles.
Additionally, to enhance the complex aroma of the broth, the noodles are infused with seasoned garlic extract and garlic seasoning, providing a subtle garlic flavor. The Chamkkae Egg Block, made of savory sesame seeds and eggs, adds a rich taste to the spicy ramen flavor.
Yeollyeora Chamkkae Ramyeon is a collaboration between Yeol Ramyeon and Chamkkae Ramyeon. While searching for a product name that naturally evokes both products, the name was inspired by the famous tale from One Thousand and One Nights, ‘Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves,’ specifically the phrase ‘Open Sesame,’ resulting in the interesting and fun product name Yeollyeora Chamkkae Ramyeon.
