[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Juhyung] Jin-in Jo Eun-san, who gained attention by receiving over 400,000 endorsements through the Seven-Point National Petition, posted a piece titled "Muyeongga Dedicated to President Moon Jae-in" on the 27th. In this writing, Jo Eun-san lamented toward President Moon Jae-in, saying, "Where are you?" and "You are hidden behind the veil of benevolence and cannot be seen."

In the post on his blog that day, Jo Eun-san wrote, "Dreaming of a world ruled not by probability but by certainty, Jin-in Jo Eun-san dedicates this writing in the fall of 2020 with the wishes of 400,000 people."

Previously, the petition Jo Eun-san posted on the Blue House National Petition Board on August 27 received over 430,000 endorsements.

Jo Eun-san stated, "One right should not block another right," and added, "If all the power is applied to one side, both sides will collapse."

He continued, "Companies and labor unions, regular and irregular workers, landlords and tenants, multi-homeowners and the homeless, class and class ? each lonely but ultimately one body ? should share understanding, and if one side intends harm, it is better to destroy both together, erasing even their traces."

He emphasized, "It is something that must never be hidden behind people," and said, "Since the people are all different, they should not be forced into one place; true unity is respecting and protecting each other's domains."

Regarding welfare policies, he suggested, "Since an era where everyone suffers has arrived, everyone must be protected," but also advised, "The degree should gradually differ. Instead of a sharp cut between classes, a gentle slope should be created, and finances should also be saved."

Earlier in August, when President Moon instructed a strong response to obstructive acts against government and local government quarantine activities related to COVID-19, urging, "I hope the public authority shows the people that it is alive," Jo Eun-san said, "That is a correct statement," but added, "However, you should first consider the public authority of frontline police officers and paramedics, and such public authority must be fair to everyone."

Regarding the so-called 'Incheon Ramen Fire' incident, he stressed, "No one should lose their life while cooking undercooked ramen among themselves, the soul of the younger sibling who passed away first should not be consoled by the brother in the hospital bed, and the soul of the child looking for snacks should no longer wander in convenience stores. Please do your utmost."

Meanwhile, the Blue House responded to Jo Eun-san's 'Seven-Point National Petition' on the 23rd, 72 days after the petition was posted on the board.

On that day, Kang Jung-soo, head of the Blue House Digital Communication Center, who responded, said, "The petitioner criticized government economic and diplomatic policies, including real estate policy, and proposed a change in the direction of state administration," and added, "This petition received agreement from 439,611 citizens."

He continued, "The Moon Jae-in administration strives to listen to and reflect not only experts' opinions in each field but also the diverse opinions of the people," and said, "We will listen carefully to this petition's opinions and take it as an opportunity to review once again. We appreciate your valuable insights."
