ROBOTWORLD 2020, a specialized robot industry exhibition, will be held for four days starting from the 28th at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1. ROBOTWORLD 2020 will open with an inauguration ceremony on the 28th and will host the International Robot Industry Exhibition, a business academic conference, and the International Robot Contest.

Events such as robot company on-site dialogues, company roundtables, investment attraction briefings, and online export consultations are expected to generate discussions for the development of the Korean robot industry and provide business cooperation opportunities, leading to various anticipated benefits.
In particular, the new product launch show is expected to offer opportunities for participating companies at ROBOTWORLD to promote new products and create business opportunities through new market development. Four companies?Zeus, Twiny, Seo, and Hills Engineering?will participate, introducing new products and demonstrating product functions for one hour.
Moreover, the 2020 Mechanical Robot Industry Development Merit Awards Ceremony, held alongside the opening ceremony, will be attended by over 30 key figures from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, FN, and the Korea Robot Industry Association, with a total of 20 individuals scheduled to receive commendations.
Notably, at this year's ROBOTWORLD, LG Uplus will provide a 5G network to offer a stable NW-based contactless quarantine and delivery robot service experience.
Meanwhile, ROBOTWORLD 2020 will run for four days starting from the 28th, with thorough quarantine measures planned to prevent COVID-19 during the event period.
During the preparation and installation period, measures will include checking for infections among personnel entering participant booths, disinfection, venue sterilization, temperature checks, and encouraging compliance with COVID-19 response manual guidelines.
