Gyesung Construction is set to conduct the first-priority subscription for ‘Iksan Easyum The Terrace Atriche,’ located in Palbong-dong, Iksan-si, Jeollabuk-do, on the 28th (Wednesday).
The complex consists of 20 buildings ranging from basement level 1 to ground level 4, with a total of 192 units all having a dedicated area of 84㎡. The unit types are ▲84㎡A with 72 units (1st?2nd floors), ▲84㎡B with 72 units (3rd?4th floors), and ▲84㎡C to 84㎡F (single-floor types) with 12 units each. All units are primarily south-facing, combining the convenience of apartments with the advantages of detached houses.
The complex features excellent specialized designs. Every unit includes a terrace, and the layout consists of duplex structures (multi-level) where one household occupies two floors, and 4-bay structures (single-floor) where one household occupies an entire floor.
Duplex units on the 1st and 2nd floors feature a wide front terrace and a private garden, each measuring 3 meters in width. This allows residents to customize the space as a cafe or relaxation area according to their preferences. Duplex units on the 3rd and 4th floors offer an attic and a two-sided open rooftop terrace.
In particular, the duplex structure using two floors allows the lower floor to serve as a family communal living space, while the upper floor can be used as a private relaxation area, presenting a vertical lifestyle that breaks away from the conventional uniform horizontal structure. As a result, it offers greater freedom from noise between floors compared to typical apartments.
The complex also boasts a spacious and high open living room compared to standard apartments. The floor height is designed at 2.4 meters, which is 10 cm higher than the typical apartment floor height of 2.3 meters, and the living room width is generously sized up to 5 meters, compared to 4.5 meters in standard 84㎡ apartments, providing a comfortable and pleasant living environment.
Inside the complex, space utilization is enhanced with underground seasonal storage for all units, as well as entrance storage, warehouse storage, balcony storage, and vacuum cleaner storage cabinets. The complex will also include a children’s water playground, pet care zone, car care zone, fitness center, and golf practice range to meet consumer needs.
The thorough security and advanced systems are also noteworthy. CCTV cameras with 2-megapixel resolution, motion detectors inside units, and security door cameras will be installed. Residents can use wall pads and smartphones linked to call elevators and open entrance doors. Additionally, a parking control system, emergency call system, and a home IoT system of the same scale as an apartment, which allows voice control of home appliances, will be implemented.
Meanwhile, Iksan City, where the complex is located, is a non-regulated area, free from various restrictions, and resale is possible immediately after contract. Subscription eligibility requires residency in Iksan City or Jeollabuk-do, a subscription savings account held for more than six months with a deposit of 2 million KRW, and applicants must be at least 19 years old to qualify for first-priority subscription.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 27th (Tuesday), followed by first-priority subscription on the 28th (Wednesday), and second-priority subscription on the 29th (Thursday). The announcement of successful applicants will be on November 5th (Thursday), and contracts will be signed over three days from November 17th (Tuesday) to 19th (Thursday).
