The submitted works were evaluated by a panel of judges composed of experts in landscape and spatial information recommended by the hosting and organizing institutions. The judges selected five award-winning works through presentation evaluations including program demonstrations and explanations.

The grand prize winner (Minister’s Award), Ten Eleven Co., Ltd.'s "3D Landscape Review Solution Using 3D Terrain and Building Information," received high marks for offering various landscape review functions such as view corridors and floor-by-floor view confirmation, and for being immediately applicable to existing open platforms.

The excellence award-winning "3D Landscape Review Digital Twin Simulation" (Coatech Co., Ltd.) showcased a program specialized for review with VR function support, highlighting its usability and practicality.

One grand prize winner receives the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award and a prize of 1,000,000 KRW, while two excellence and two encouragement awards each receive the head of institution’s award and a certain prize money.

The award-winning programs will be implemented in the usage environment of the 3D spatial information open platform for universal application and will be actively introduced to local governments through demonstration events next month to promote their use in local government landscape reviews.

Sangmoon Kim, Director of Architectural Policy, said, "Through this technology contest, we were able to confirm the direction and potential uses of 3D landscape management," and added, "We hope this will lead to the development of various landscape technologies and further to the revitalization of the landscape industry."
