Choi Seonghwan, Chief Researcher at Research Alume, explained, "As moving demand surges, the furniture industry is experiencing an unexpected boom," adding, "Last month, the number of housing sales transactions was 81,928, a 27.8% increase compared to the same month last year."
He continued, "From January to September this year, the cumulative number of housing sales transactions reached 929,497, an 81.5% increase compared to the same period last year," and added, "Hanssem, a major competitor in the same industry, also recorded strong performance in the third quarter."
Researcher Choi stated, "Hyundai Livart plans to secure additional new stores this year to expand its B2C business," and said, "While opening 10 to 20 new stores annually, this year they plan to open more than 50."
Furthermore, he predicted, "They plan to aggressively open directly operated stores and dealerships in major commercial districts," and "Next year, they will complete a large-scale smart logistics center, which will improve logistics efficiency."
