LG Electronics Launches 'Tone Free' Wireless Earbuds Enhancing Sound Immersion

Models are enjoying high-quality premium sound with LG Electronics' wireless earphones 'Tone Free (model name: HBS-TFN7)', equipped with active noise canceling function.

[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] LG Electronics announced on the 26th that it has launched the ‘Tone Free’ wireless earphones in the domestic market, enhancing the immersion of premium Meridian sound with noise canceling functionality.

The Tone Free wireless earphones are the top-tier model equipped with active noise canceling, delivering high-quality luxury sound. This feature reduces external noise, allowing users to immerse themselves more deeply in the premium Meridian sound.

This product applies the self-developed ‘Waveform Eargel.’ The internal space of the eargel has a spiral wave structure, which evenly distributes the pressure delivered to the ear when worn, providing a stable fit regardless of ear shape.

User convenience has also been enhanced. The touch area located on the side of the earphones is designed with a convex protrusion shape so that customers can more easily find the touch recognition area.

Based on collaboration with the global audio company ‘Meridian Audio,’ LG Electronics optimized the structure and premium sound quality for wireless earphones, delivering rich sound as if listening through stereo speakers.

The case for storing and charging the earphones supports the ‘UVnano’ function, which removes 99.9% of harmful bacteria such as E. coli, allowing the product to be used in a clean state. UVnano is a compound word of ‘UV (ultraviolet) LED’ that reduces harmful substances and ‘nanometer,’ the unit of ultraviolet wavelength.

Additionally, the earphone case can be charged wirelessly, and when linked with Google Assistant, various functions can be easily controlled by voice commands.

This product is available in two colors, Matte Black and Glossy White, with a retail price of 219,000 KRW.

LG Electronics will hold a Tone Free launch promotion at LG Best Shops nationwide, Gmarket, Auction, and other platforms until the 1st of next month, offering various gifts such as wireless charging pads and accessory cases to customers who purchase the product.

Also, a Tone Free accessory case design contest will be held until the 22nd of next month. Customers selected for outstanding designs will receive a total prize of 20 million KRW and new Tone Free products.
