On the 25th, Jeju Province announced that they have identified and are investigating 13 people who came into contact with patient A, number 351 from Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, who visited Jeju before being confirmed with COVID-19.
So far, the identified contacts of patient A include one family member, one acquaintance, five airline passengers, and six restaurant customers. The identities of the six restaurant customers are currently being verified. The family member and acquaintance of patient A tested negative for COVID-19.
According to the province, patient A took Asiana Airlines flight OZ8597 departing from Gimpo, Seoul at 2:40 PM on the 20th and arrived in Jeju around 3:50 PM. Then, from 6:29 PM to 8:00 PM, patient A visited Chadoljip in Yeondong, Jeju City. On the 23rd, patient A was confirmed positive for COVID-19.
A provincial official stated, "All three locations visited by patient A have been disinfected and sanitized," and added, "Those who came into contact at the restaurant will be quarantined immediately upon identification."
