[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the afternoon of the 23rd, Chaehyunil, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District Office, attended the talk concert "The Beat of Peace, Yeongdeungpo Opens" at Yeongdeungpo Art Hall, wishing for peaceful reunification.

Co-hosted with the Seoul Unification Education Center, the event featured a special lecture by Professor Jeon Hyun-joon of Kookmin University, followed by a performance of the original musical "That Day, We," which received enthusiastic responses from the audience.

Mayor Chae said, "This performance is a meaningful occasion filled with earnest hopes for inter-Korean reconciliation and peace on the Korean Peninsula," adding, "We will actively promote various cultural events on the theme of peaceful reunification that residents can participate in and empathize with."
