HDC Hyundai Development Company and POSCO Construction's 'Gumi I-Park The Sharp' Captivates Gumi Consumers' Hearts

"Since this is the first I-Park The Sharp apartment in Gumi City, everything looks brand new," "The floors are high, I like the park within the complex, and since it's a new apartment, I'm very interested."

A woman in her 40s living in Doryang-dong, Gumi City said, "I didn't expect HDC Hyundai Development Company and POSCO Construction to release such an attractive apartment," adding, "The specialized designs applied throughout the complex truly live up to the reputation of Gumi's first I-Park The Sharp apartment, to the point where I doubted if it was really a branded apartment I know." She continued, "Since this is the first sale complex transforming the area around Gumi Station on the Gyeongbu Line, I am seriously considering applying for it."

On the 23rd (Friday), the model house for 'Gumi I-Park The Sharp' opened in the area of 301-5, Sinpyeong-dong, Gumi City, Gyeongsangbuk-do, drawing intense interest and responses from potential buyers.

The fact that it is a branded apartment by first-tier construction companies HDC Hyundai Development Company and POSCO Construction, features the tallest building design in the area, includes a large-scale park within the complex, and applies new specialized designs as a newly launched sale complex has been highlighted.

In fact, 'Gumi I-Park The Sharp' is widely known as the redevelopment sale complex of Wonpyeong 1 district, the first among the Wonpyeong 1, 2, and 3 districts, which are housing redevelopment and maintenance project areas transforming the area around Gumi Station on the Gyeongbu Line. The complex is mainly oriented southward to secure sunlight and openness, and it is gaining favorable reviews as a "Chopuma" complex (a school-adjacent complex) close to Gumi Elementary School.

One visitor who had already made a prior reservation to visit the model house said, "Even before the sale, it was called a landmark apartment in Gumi City, and after visiting, it seems the complex layout and design live up to its name," showing that interest in 'Gumi I-Park The Sharp' has continued steadily since the model house opened.

■ Premium of the 42-story landmark large complex ‘Gumi I-Park The Sharp’

In the real estate market, since branded apartments released by HDC Hyundai Development Company and POSCO Construction in various regions have played the role of landmark complexes dominating local market prices, it is expected that the new branded apartment in Gumi City, 'Gumi I-Park The Sharp,' will follow the same path.

Moreover, as HDC Hyundai Development Company and POSCO Construction have concentrated their accumulated technology, product development, design, and philosophy to launch the first I-Park The Sharp branded apartment in Gumi City, this 'Gumi I-Park The Sharp' is anticipated to become a complex that reflects special symbolism, rarity, and pride.

The living room, kitchen, and master bedroom spaces are constructed to be more spacious and comfortable, and it also includes abundant storage spaces such as a walk-in closet at the entrance and a powder room. Notably, it is the first in Gumi to offer a dressing room as an optional upgrade, adding a premium touch.

For the 74㎡ and 84㎡ units, alpha rooms that can be used flexibly according to lifestyle are constructed. The 101㎡ unit is designed so that the kitchen and dining areas can be separated and used individually through a sliding door (optional).

Additionally, each household is equipped with a wall pad that allows residents to use various home network services such as heating and gas valve control, ventilation, elevator call, and unmanned parcel arrival notifications.

Within the complex, a large-scale park approximately twice the size of a soccer field (about 16,000㎡) will be created, featuring various themed parks such as a lawn yard, sunken garden, vegetable garden, and picnic garden. The community facilities include a golf practice range, fitness center, community caf?, book caf?, and reading room.
