Daewoo E&C announced on the 23rd that it will sell the residential-commercial complex apartment 'Gam-il Prugio Markber' and the large commercial facility 'Acloud Gam-il' in Gam-il District, Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province.
Gam-il Prugio Markber is the only residential-commercial complex in Gam-il District and the last apartment to be supplied in the district. The complex will be built on Block 1 of the residential-commercial land in Gam-il District, consisting of 496 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 114㎡.
By area, there are ▲127 units of 84㎡A ▲203 units of 84㎡B ▲115 units of 114㎡A ▲51 units of 114㎡B. Subscription applications will be accepted starting with special supply on November 3, followed by first priority on the 4th and second priority on the 5th.
The sale price is set at an average of 16.36 million KRW per 3.3㎡. Considering that the market price for 84㎡ apartments in the nearby Misa Riverside City area exceeds 1 billion KRW, the industry evaluates this as about half the price. Interest-only payment will be applied to the 40% limit of the interim payment loan.
Gam-il District, where the complex is located, is a residential land development area being built with about 13,000 households. It faces Seoul’s Songpa District across the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway and borders Wirye New Town’s North Wirye to the south.
It is effectively considered part of the Seoul living area. Once the Seoul-Sejong Expressway and Seoul-Yangpyeong Expressway open, the metropolitan transportation network is expected to improve further.
Within the complex, the large commercial facility 'Acloud Gam-il' will also be established. Acloud Gam-il, with a total floor area of 38,564㎡ spanning from basement level 1 to ground level 2, will have more than 30% of the total site area as open space. The Dutch spatial planning specialist firm KAB will design a large experiential playground, event plaza, and landscaping.
A Daewoo E&C official said, "Gam-il Prugio Markber is the only residential-commercial apartment in Gam-il District and the last supply complex, attracting steady interest from buyers even before the sale." He added, "The commercial facility Acloud Gam-il within the complex is designed as a new concept space where modern people can enjoy rest, culture, leisure, healing, and consumption."
