Sale of 'Janghanpyeong Station Dongwoo Lees Hills Officetel' Pre-sale Rights on TVON at 1 PM on the 23rd
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] TMON (CEO Lee Jin-won) announced on the 23rd that it will conduct sales of officetel pre-sale rights based on live commerce. This unique sales method, conducted through its own live commerce channel 'TVON,' will showcase a completely non-face-to-face process from visiting the model house to signing the preliminary contract.
The pre-sale rights product offered by TMON this time is the 'Janghanpyeong Station Dongwoo Lees Hills Officetel,' which is being sold by SMI&D. It is a duplex officetel located in a prime area near the station, offering various concierge services.
Starting from 1 PM, TMON plans to deliver the Janghanpyeong model house site to viewers through a live broadcast and provide contract-related information via real-time chat. An event will also be held for TMON customers who watch the broadcast with interest. This pre-sale right grants the option to select a unit based on payment priority. If a contract deposit of 990,000 KRW is paid through TMON, premium units such as royal floors can be secured according to the payment order. The deposit will be fully refunded if the purchase does not proceed.
Lee Jin-won, CEO of TMON, said, "Since 2017, TMON has been leading domestic live commerce and has been striving to expand the scope of e-commerce, including launching the first electric vehicle launch show last September." He added, "We will continue to develop ways to create synergy between commerce content and the sale of various products."
