Doosan Promotes Hydrogen Business Capabilities at 'China Hydrogen Fuel Cell Expo'

Doosan participated in the "China Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Expo 2020 (CHFE 2020)" held from the 19th to the 22nd in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China.

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Doosan announced on the 23rd that it recently participated in the "China Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Expo 2020 (CHFE 2020)" held in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China.

The China Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Expo, now in its 4th year, hosted over 300 companies and attracted more than 10,000 visitors.

At this exhibition, three Doosan companies?Doosan Mobility Innovation (DMI), Doosan Fuel Cell, and Doosan Fuel Cell Power Co., Ltd.?showcased hydrogen-related products and services including hydrogen fuel cell packs, hydrogen drones, and hydrogen fuel cells for residential, building, and power generation use.

DMI exhibited drone hydrogen fuel cell packs capable of flying for over two hours, the hydrogen drone (DS30) equipped with these packs, and the integrated hydrogen drone (DT30) launched targeting the Chinese market.

Doosan Fuel Cell introduced a 440 kW phosphoric acid fuel cell (PAFC) model for power generation, the world's first and largest by-product hydrogen power plant, the Daesan fuel cell power plant, and presented the safety of hydrogen fuel cells through videos and graphics to visitors.

Doosan Fuel Cell Power Co., Ltd. showcased polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) including a 10 kW building-use, 1 kW residential-use hydrogen fuel cell, and a 100 kW class hydrogen system.

A Doosan representative said, "This was an opportunity to promote the Doosan brand and hydrogen business capabilities in China, where interest in hydrogen as an eco-friendly energy source is growing."
