[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] Seven people were buried but all rescued in a collapse accident at a military base new construction site in Bonghwa-gun, Gyeongbuk.
According to the fire authorities on the 22nd, at around 4:36 PM that day, the formwork at a military base new construction site in Bonghwa-eup, Bonghwa-gun collapsed.
As a result of this accident, seven people were buried but all were rescued by the fire department. One person was seriously injured, and six sustained minor injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital.
The fire authorities reported that the collapse occurred due to insufficiently cured concrete.
