Damyang-gun Signs MOU with Korea Expressway Corporation to Utilize Idle Land

[Damyang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Choi Hyung-sik) announced on the 22nd that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Expressway Corporation Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters to utilize idle land along the expressway.

According to this agreement, projects such as a Peace Art Park and a Sports Park will be promoted on the idle land within the jurisdiction.

Governor Choi Hyung-sik said, “We hope that the county and the Korea Expressway Corporation Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters will join forces through this agreement ceremony to promote various public interest projects necessary for the local community and economy, playing a leading role in regional development.”
