Korea Venture Investment and DB Financial Investment Sign Business Agreement

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Korea Venture Investment and DB Financial Investment announced on the 22nd that they signed a business agreement on the 21st to foster unicorn companies and revitalize the exit market.


DB Financial Investment is a financial investment company that continuously publishes reports on unlisted companies and has been making efforts to attract private funds to the venture investment market. Through this business agreement, the two companies will carry out multifaceted business cooperation.


Korea Venture Investment will provide DB Financial Investment with a list of promising companies and jointly publish corporate analysis reports to support the scale-up of venture companies. Additionally, to invest in the growth of venture companies with high potential to become unicorn companies in the future, both companies plan to connect investors and companies by utilizing their domestic and international networks.


Along with the joint publication of reports, DB Financial Investment will support venture companies' IR and stage-appropriate investor matching according to company size so that promising venture companies can be properly recognized for their value and receive investments promptly.


Korea Venture Investment and DB Financial Investment plan to provide venture investment information to the market and expand communication with investors through the publication of this unlisted company analysis report. It is expected that the expansion of investment in venture companies will activate the exit market by promoting IPOs and mergers and acquisitions.
