Establishment of 4-Wheel Division and Strengthening of Sales Headquarters... Securing Competitiveness through Specialization of Each Sector
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Mesh Korea (CEO Yoo Jung-beom), which operates the delivery agency service 'Boorung,' announced on the 22nd that it has carried out an organizational restructuring by introducing a division-specific responsibility management system aimed at maximizing performance. This organizational restructuring was implemented to strengthen the capabilities and responsibilities of each business division, streamline decision-making to maximize short-term business performance, and execute sustainable growth strategies through mid- to long-term business plans.
Accordingly, Mesh Korea introduced a responsibility management system by division and established a new position of Business General Manager overseeing all divisions, a role taken by Kim Hyung-seol, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who was promoted to Vice President. Vice President Kim Hyung-seol is a co-founder of Mesh Korea and completed his doctoral course in data mining engineering at the University of Illinois. Based on his capabilities that laid the foundation of Mesh Korea's technology, Vice President Kim oversees the business with the goal of business innovation and maximizing performance through technology.
Within the Strategic Business Division, a Four-Wheel Business Office was newly established to systematically integrate and manage the differentiated competitive four-wheel business. Personnel related to sales, operations, and development of the four-wheel business were newly assigned, and the four-wheel logistics development team was expanded to further enhance the performance of the four-wheel logistics business. The Strategic Business Division is led by Director Seo Byung-kyo, who previously served as CIO at CJ Logistics and SCM Consulting Team Leader at Samsung SDS. Director Seo studied industrial engineering at Seoul National University and Purdue University, where he earned his doctorate.
Additionally, the Sales Division appointed Director Han Kwang-hee to reorganize the sales process and increase sales success rates through strengthened sales lead management. The Service Development Division is newly led by Director Kim Myung-hwan, who also serves as Head of Data Science and is responsible for AI logistics system innovation utilizing big data.
