[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Dobong-gu (Mayor Lee Dong-jin) will hold the '2021 Major Work Plan Report Meeting' from the 19th to the 27th to decide next year's major policies and projects.

At the '2021 Major Work Plan Report Meeting' held on the 20th, Mayor Lee Dong-jin of Dobong-gu listened to explanations about next year's major projects from department heads and thoroughly reviewed policy project goals and implementation strategy plans.

At the meeting, Mayor Lee Dong-jin said, "This year was a difficult year not only for general financial management but also for project progress due to the unprecedented COVID-19 situation," and added, "When planning next year's projects, please make efforts to ensure thorough preparation for disaster situations and to plan citizen-centered policies and projects that residents can directly feel in their daily lives."

Additionally, the mayor specially requested to prepare a method for the elderly, who have become accustomed to QR code verification due to COVID-19, to conveniently and easily receive verification via their mobile phones.
