Jungnang-gu Operates 'Real Estate Consultation Desk'

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) is operating the 'Real Estate Consultation Desk with Residents' until the 22nd.

This real estate consultation desk, operated via non-face-to-face phone consultations from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. over three days, was established to share rapidly changing real estate system-related information with residents and provide customized real estate administrative services.

Through this consultation desk, Jungnang-gu residents can resolve various real estate-related issues with just one phone call.

The consultation covers four areas: ▲ daily legal matters such as real estate transactions and leases ▲ tax-related matters including national and local taxes ▲ appraisal-related fields such as official land prices and compensation ▲ cadastral surveying related to measurement and boundary disputes.

In particular, 18 experts from various fields including licensed real estate agents, appraisers, Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation, and tax accountants are organized to provide professional consultations on various inquiries, disputes, and mediations.

Residents wishing to consult can call the Jungnang-gu Office Real Estate Information Division without any separate reservation or application process to receive same-day consultation with an expert.

Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, “For those who have had many concerns about changing real estate policies, this consultation desk will be a good opportunity to relieve those concerns. We will continue to make every effort to provide various services for residents related to real estate.”

The 'Real Estate Consultation Desk with Residents' is an annual real estate administrative service operated by Jungnang-gu. Last year, it was held twice in May and October at the Seoul Rose Festival venue and Myeonmok Station Square, providing a total of 193 consultations and receiving positive responses by resolving residents' real estate issues.
