NH Nonghyup Bank Selects 19 Innovative Companies Based on New Technologies Including AI and Big Data


[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 19th that it has finalized the selection of the 4th cohort for the digital innovation company collaboration and nurturing program, 'NH Digital Challenge+'.


The selected companies will participate in the program for six months starting this November at the NH Digital Innovation Campus located in Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. 'NH Digital Challenge+' is a specialized accelerating program that provides consulting in investment, legal, marketing, and finance fields, as well as business partnership opportunities with Nonghyup affiliates, to help digital innovation companies concretize their business models and accelerate growth.


This 4th cohort includes a total of 19 companies such as ▲Forti2Maru (deep learning platform) ▲Aizen Global (data-based banking as a service) ▲Action Power (unstructured data recognition technology) ▲Romin (AI business utilization support) ▲Quantec (AI-based asset management platform) ▲Allorganize Korea (natural language processing AI chatbot) ▲KST Intelligence (subscription-based integrated transportation information service) ▲OneSoftTime (IoT-based health management platform) ▲Crepas Plus (youth housing support AI financial platform) ▲Chorok Soft (data solution). With the addition of the 4th cohort, the total number of alumni companies participating in 'NH Digital Challenge+' has increased to 103.


As the first collaboration case with the 4th cohort companies, Nonghyup Bank plans to accelerate the establishment of cooperation models applying artificial intelligence technology to internal banking operations by partnering with ▲Forti2Maru (deep learning platform) and ▲Action Power (unstructured data recognition technology).


Separately, from November, the 'NH Digital Challenge+' official website will also conduct rolling company selections. Regardless of company size, any company capable of creating collaboration with Nonghyup Bank can apply at any time.


A representative from Nonghyup Bank's Digital R&D Center said, “We believe that digital companies with more innovative technologies and ideas than ever have been selected,” and added, “We will strengthen communication and cooperation with innovative companies to produce synergistic results that customers can experience.”
