[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Jung Soon-gyun, Mayor of Gangnam-gu, attended the 'Yeongdong-daero K-POP Concert' held on the special stage at COEX on the 18th.

Gangnam-gu held the 'Ontact 2020 Gangnam Festival' from the 18th to the 24th around Yeongdong-daero and COEX. This concert, marking the start of the festival, was conducted ontact due to COVID-19 and was live-streamed on YouTube.

The concert, hosted by singers Tiffany and Moonbin, featured leading K-POP artists such as Kang Daniel, Red Velvet, ASTRO, and Oh My Girl, who illuminated the event.

About 200 domestic and international online viewers participated through two-way communication, presenting a 'online-offline hybrid concert' beyond a simple non-face-to-face performance. Over 33,000 viewers enjoyed the live performance via SBS KPOP and the Gangnam-gu Office YouTube channels.
