On the 18th (Korean time), CJ Group announced that "next year's The CJ Cup will be held at Hassle Nine Bridges Golf Course in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province." This tournament is the only PGA Tour event held in Korea. Established in 2017, it was held for the past three years at Nine Bridges in Seogwipo, Jeju Island, and this year, due to the impact of COVID-19, it was moved to Shadow Creek Golf Course (par 72, 7,634 yards) in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

CJ Group stated, "Over 40,000 fans have visited Jeju Island, resulting in a positive effect on the local economy," and explained, "When gallery admission is possible in 2021, taking advantage of the geographic benefit of being just a one-hour drive from Seoul, more galleries will be able to visit the tournament venue in person."
