Another driver, C (23), who assisted in their crime, was booked without detention.
According to the police, A and B are accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s at B’s residence in Gwangsan-gu around 6:30 a.m. on the 9th. B is also charged with illegally filming the woman’s body.
It was investigated that A moved the woman into his taxi after receiving a call from C, who said, "A heavily intoxicated woman who could not control her body got in."
During this process, C was found to have assisted A by supporting the woman.
A took the woman to his colleague B’s home and sexually assaulted her, and B also sexually assaulted the woman and filmed her with his mobile phone.
The police received a missing person report from the victim’s acquaintance and arrested the taxi drivers one by one through inquiries and investigations.
The police also conducted digital forensics on B’s mobile phone.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that B has been repeatedly committing sexual violence, including sexual assault and illegal filming of women, from last year until recently.
