AT Semicon announced on the 15th that it has decided to acquire 7,900 shares of Cosmopharma Co., Ltd., which is engaged in cosmetics manufacturing and raw material import and export. The acquisition amount is 6.04 billion KRW, and the purpose is business diversification and profit increase.
