On today's broadcast of MBC's 'Radio Star' on the 14th, Park Geun-hyung appeared and said, "I opposed my son Yoon Sang-hoon's debut in the entertainment industry by threatening to remove him from the family register, but I gladly agreed when my grandson declared he would pursue the path of an actor," drawing attention to the background.
Park Geun-hyung has been active not only in period dramas such as 'Eyes of Dawn' and 'Sandglass' but also in variety shows like 'Grandpas Over Flowers.'
Additionally, Park Geun-hyung showcased impressive action acting in the film 'Grandfather' despite being well over 70 years old, earning him the Best Actor award at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival.
His son, Yoon Sang-hoon, is an actor who appeared in the drama 'Crash Landing on You' and is also active as a singer-songwriter.
Regarding his son who once wanted to follow the same path as him, Park Geun-hyung said, "There was a big fight, and I threatened to remove him from the family register," showing opposition. In contrast, about his grandson, he boasted, "He is over 180 cm tall and handsome," showing completely opposite reactions.
