Kim Yongho, a former entertainment reporter turned YouTuber who runs the channel 'Kim Yongho Entertainment Chief,' claimed on the 12th on his channel that "Lee Geun is a sex offender," releasing materials presumed to be records of a sexual assault case dismissed by the Supreme Court.

In response to these revelations, former Captain Lee Geun admitted to being punished for a past sexual assault but expressed his innocence.
