Aid Delivered to Local Poor Struggling Due to COVID-19

[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Fashion company Shinwon (CEO Park Jeongju) announced on the 13th that it donated 220,000 clothing items to Vietnam Good People International in Hai Duong Province, Vietnam.


This donation is part of Shinwon Vietnam Corporation's social contribution activities to fulfill its social responsibility within the region, planned to help local community residents facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.


The clothing donated by Shinwon will be delivered to local orphanages, nursing homes, and impoverished groups in need of warm care.


Shinwon entered Vietnam in 2002 and currently operates two manufacturing corporations, employing about 8,500 people. Since its entry into Vietnam, Shinwon has continued volunteer activities such as scholarship programs for underprivileged groups and building houses of love.
