[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Chosun University Career Center for Students conducted a flight attendant training course for female college students last July and will hold ‘Apply for the Crew! Step Up’ on the 5th of next month.

This program consists of Step 1 and Step 2.

Step 1, held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., delivers lectures on the Career Center for Students and youth employment policy guidance, post-COVID airline recruitment trends, understanding non-face-to-face interviews, and mentoring by current employees of domestic airlines. It is conducted as a real-time remote video lecture.

Step 2, held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., includes preparation methods for service job interviews, how to write job applications, and mentoring by current employees of foreign airlines.

Students can participate by applying through the Student Integrated Support System (CU+) extracurricular program.

Yoon Onam, head of the Career Center for Students, said, “We will actively support systematic and professional programs for female college students by understanding the changing recruitment trends and students’ needs in the post-COVID era.”
