Paratech to Change Major Shareholder to 'NSE&G'

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Paratech announced on the 7th that the existing largest shareholder Base HD has signed a stock purchase agreement to transfer 5,553,192 shares (32.69%) to NSE&G.

The price is 7,600 KRW per share, totaling 42,204,259,200 KRW. A deposit of 4,220,000,000 KRW was completed on the same day, with an interim payment of 14,300,000,000 KRW due on November 11, and the remaining balance of 23,684,259,200 KRW to be paid by December 31, upon which the contract will be finalized.
