Toyota Ranks First in Sales Service and Initial Quality Satisfaction
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Toyota Motor Korea announced on the 7th that Toyota ranked first in two categories?Sales Service Satisfaction (SSI) and Initial Quality Satisfaction (TGW-i)?in the imported car segment according to the 2020 Consumer Insight automobile planning survey results. Lexus took first place in AS Service Satisfaction (CSI) and Durability Quality Satisfaction (TGW-d).
Both Toyota and Lexus have held first place in these categories for two consecutive years. Additionally, Lexus ranked second in Sales Service Satisfaction (SSI), and Toyota ranked third in AS Service Satisfaction (CSI).
Consumer Insight, a specialized consumer research organization, has conducted planning surveys annually since 2001, targeting approximately 100,000 automobile consumers each year. This year, in July, a consumer satisfaction survey was conducted with a total of 104,208 participants nationwide, including vehicle owners and those intending to purchase a vehicle within two years.
Takemura Nobuyuki, President of Toyota Motor Korea, expressed his pleasure, stating, “We are delighted to be selected as number one for two consecutive years in this prestigious consumer satisfaction survey.”
Meanwhile, to celebrate this first-place achievement, Toyota and Lexus will hold customer appreciation events from today until the 31st of this month, including nationwide showroom test drives and partial discounts on beverages at the automotive complex cultural space Connect2.
