According to Daejeon City on the 30th, a couple in their 30s residing in Gayang-dong, Dong-gu (Daejeon cases 359 and 360) tested positive for COVID-19 after returning from India.
The couple arrived on the 28th and were self-quarantining in Gayang-dong when they tested positive the next day without showing any symptoms.
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Daejeon has increased to 360, including this couple, with 33 cases confirmed among overseas arrivals.
Excluding overseas arrivals, community transmission has been in a lull for a week since the 23rd.
