Yuhan-Kimberly Launches 'Depend Ansim Plus Long-Wear Underwear' Product

Segmented products from thin underwear-like to long-duration use for user convenience in urinary incontinence

Yuhan-Kimberly Launches 'Depend Ansim Plus Long-Wear Underwear' Product

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Yuhan-Kimberly announced on the 29th that it has newly launched the 'Depend Anshim Plus Underwear' long-duration product. The domestic incontinence underwear market is segmented into 'active use' and 'semi-active use' depending on the user. Those who are physically active use 'active use' underwear, while those who can manage daily life with help from family or caregivers use 'semi-active use' underwear. Depend Anshim Plus Underwear was first introduced in 2017 as a 'semi-active use' product and has become popular enough to account for about 25% of the company's incontinence underwear sales as of last year.

The newly released long-duration product comes in two sizes: large and extra-large, with an absorption capacity of up to 1000 ml, allowing for extended use. It is useful in various situations such as long outings, when family caregivers are away, or during heavy flow, and is easy to wear alone thanks to its elastic waistband.
