The department with the highest competition rate in the Student Record Curriculum General Admission was the Department of Korean Medicine, which recruited 10 students and received 424 applications, resulting in a competition rate of 42.40 to 1.

In the Regional Talent Admission, which selects only graduates or prospective graduates from high schools in Gwangju and Jeonnam/Jeonbuk regions, the Department of Korean Medicine recorded the highest competition rate at 37.2 to 1, followed by Physical Therapy at 7.84 to 1 and Nursing at 5.40 to 1.
To prevent COVID-19, Dongshin University will conduct interviews and practical evaluations scheduled for the 28th of next month online and non-face-to-face. Applicants can conveniently take the test anywhere with a computer or smartphone equipped with a webcam.
The announcement of successful candidates for departments without the minimum CSAT score requirement will be on November 12, and for the Department of Korean Medicine, Nursing, and Physical Therapy, which require the minimum CSAT score, the results will be announced on December 24 after the CSAT score distribution.
