Didim365, a multi-cloud specialist company led by CEO Jang Min-ho, announced on the 28th that it has signed a participation agreement as a partner institution in the '2020 Innovative Growth Youth Talent Intensive Training Project' with the Korea Cloud Computing Research Association (Chairman Hong Seung-gyun, hereinafter CCCR), drawing attention.
CCCR, designated as the first cloud specialist training institution in Korea, is leading efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of the domestic cloud computing industry through education for unemployed individuals who wish to acquire cloud computing skills and enter society. Since 2018, it has been selected as a cloud computing education institution for the 'Innovative Growth Youth Talent Intensive Training Project' implemented by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Institute for Information & Communications Technology Planning & Evaluation, and has been carrying out the project.
This project targets youth under the age of 34 and focuses on theory and practice (practical projects) in the field of cloud computing to proactively respond to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It is an employment-linked program that intensively trains cloud personnel over approximately six months, and Didim365 will conduct job interviews for new hires among the program graduates.
CEO Jang Min-ho stated, "Through this agreement, we have stably matched excellent young talents in the cloud computing field who will lead the Fourth Industrial Revolution," adding, "We will take this as an opportunity to actively contribute to the development of the domestic cloud ecosystem while maintaining Didim365's cloud service quality at the highest level."
Didim365 is committed to nurturing future talent and creating a good working environment, having been selected as a 'Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company' and an 'SBA Excellent Company in Employment Environment Improvement,' both supervised by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Currently, as a participating company in the Ministry of Employment and Labor's 'Work Innovation Incentive System,' it is actively introducing work innovation systems to shorten working hours and balance work and life, such as flexible work arrangements (remote work, staggered commuting) and leave systems (annual leave, half-day leave).
