Exploring Directions for Housing Welfare Development, Anticipated Roles in Housing Environment Improvement Projects
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Yeosu City announced on the 28th that the Yeosu City Community Security Council (Working Committee Chair Kim Eun-joo) will establish and operate a Housing Subcommittee.
With the establishment of the Housing Subcommittee, it is expected to explore the development direction of housing welfare in Yeosu City and implement housing environment improvement projects utilizing resources from cooperating organizations within the Housing Subcommittee.
On the 25th, a Housing Subcommittee inauguration ceremony was held in the Yeosu City Community Security Council meeting room with 14 Housing Subcommittee members in attendance, marking the start of discussions on housing welfare in Yeosu City.
The seven working subcommittees of the Yeosu City Community Security Council strive to enhance welfare and address local welfare policy issues for target groups such as the elderly, disabled, infants, children and adolescents, and women.
The Yeosu City Community Security Council is a public-private cooperative organization that establishes community security plans, discovers welfare blind spots, develops resources, and provides integrated linkage services, thereby responding to various welfare service demands.
