Active Practice of Mask Wearing and Social Distancing to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19

Baek Yang-sa, the head of the Baekyangsa (Suncheon direction) gas station at the Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters of Korea Expressway Corporation, instructed employees to strictly wear masks during work in accordance with the strengthened Level 2 social distancing measures to prevent COVID-19 infection. In particular, as a gateway gas station to Gwangju and Jeonnam, posters and banners were installed inside and outside the restrooms and in the customer rest area to actively promote mask-wearing and social distancing to visitors.

Additionally, Head Baek Yang-sa stated that during this year’s Chuseok holiday period (September 29 to October 4), 500 bottles of water will be distributed free of charge to visitors who come to the gas station for hometown visits, along with COVID-19 prevention publicity.
