The Mask Song features lyrics promoting mask-wearing set to an upbeat rhythm, tailored to the students' perspective.
The song and music video feature Gyeonggi Office of Education ambassadors Lee Hyun-ji (rapper and YouTuber "Dalji") and graduate student rapper "Cheori."
The Gyeonggi Office of Education plans to actively promote the song and music video through various media so that students at schools can watch and enjoy them, taking a leading role in the COVID-19 prevention campaign.
Kim Ju-young, spokesperson for the Gyeonggi Office of Education, said, "The importance of wearing masks has increased due to the spread of COVID-19," adding, "We expect the Mask Song, which anyone can enjoy and follow along with, to help prevent infectious diseases."

Meanwhile, the "Handwashing Song" produced by the Gyeonggi Office of Education has recorded 1.52 million views on YouTube.
