Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education Holds Remote Class Talk Concert

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on the 27th that from the 23rd to the 24th, a 'Remote Class Talk Concert' was held at Mokpo Jungang High School with the participation of eight elementary and secondary school teachers from Jeonnam.

This talk concert was organized to explore effective directions for class operation in the COVID-19 era and to share teaching cases among active teachers conducting both in-person and remote classes.

The elementary teacher talk concert titled "Waglebagle Class Stories, What is Remote Class?" featured individual remote class cases where students and teachers, as well as students and students, communicate and create learning together.

Additionally, vivid cases were shared about managing student life online, teaching using various platforms, providing feedback, and emotional guidance for students, all conducted with empathy and communication with the students.

The secondary teacher concert, "Tool! Tool? There is an Answer in Blended Classes," presented sincere stories from teachers focusing on blended class cases combining the advantages of face-to-face and remote classes, communication through platforms, customized education tailored to student levels, and subject application cases.

An official from the Office of Education said, "Future education will eliminate the boundaries between online and offline, and blended learning classes will become common," adding, "We hope this video will serve as an opportunity for teachers to find the teaching methods that suit them best."
