According to real estate research firm Dr. Apartment on the 27th, from the 28th to October 3rd, 3,046 households will be offered for sale across five complexes nationwide. There will be no model homes opening, with winner announcements at three sites and winner contracts at four sites.
On the 28th, subscription applications will begin at one site: Wanju Prugio The First.
On the 29th, subscription applications will start at four sites: Hwaseong e-Pyeonhansesang Namyang New Town (public sale), Daejeon Hoban Summit Grand Park (Blocks 1 and 3), and Suncheon Jeojeon-dong Onet Twin City (residential-commercial complex).
e-Pyeonhansesang Namyang New Town is a public sale apartment built by Daelim Industrial in Block B11 of Namyang New Town, Namyang-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do. A total of 606 units ranging from 65 to 84㎡ (exclusive area) will be supplied. The complex is well connected to major transportation networks such as the Pyeongtaek-Siheung Expressway SongSanMado IC and the Seohaean Expressway Bibong IC.
