[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jeong-ho] Actress Bang Eun-hee from 'Dongchimi' is drawing attention by showing a friendly, almost friend-like relationship with her son.
On the afternoon of the 26th, MBN's 'Heart-to-Heart Talk Show Dongchimi' (hereafter 'Dongchimi') aired a segment titled "Is happiness only possible without a husband?" featuring the daily life of Bang Eun-hee and her son, Kim Doo-min.
That day, Bang Eun-hee's son, Kim Doo-min, prepared a simple breakfast for his mother. Bang Eun-hee began a conversation while eating the breakfast her son had made.
Kim Doo-min attracted viewers' attention with his thoughtful care for his mother.
He confessed to his mother, "Studying is hard." In response, Bang Eun-hee said, "Just do it roughly," which brought laughter.
Hearing this, Kim Doo-min said, "Is that something you say to a high school senior?" He added, "Please pay more attention to me."
Kim Doo-min explained, "Most parents are curious about their sons' and daughters' lives. My mom is very free-spirited. That has its good points, but sometimes I feel neglected because she doesn't pay much attention."
Bang Eun-hee was particularly interested in her son's love life. She talked about relationships, and her son naturally shared his concerns related to dating. Bang Eun-hee showed a cool attitude, saying, "Are they the same age? Older is fine too."
The son recommended, "Mom, you should get a boyfriend." However, Bang Eun-hee sighed deeply, saying, "I don't think this life is the one for me."
In response, her son said, "Mom, I hope you meet a foreigner. When I go to college in the U.S., I'll introduce you to a handsome guy who's 20 years younger," which made Bang Eun-hee cheer happily.
